International Trade Consultancy

California’s Small Business Development Center Network is one of the state’s primary resource partners for small business development. The CA SBDC Network provides small businesses and entrepreneurs with confidential, no-cost, one-on-one advising, expert training and a wide business network. Since July 2019, JDTS has been working with the Los Angeles SBDC Network team assisting California small businesses take their company global and grow through exports.

A private nonprofit, the EDC was founded in 1996 with funding from the County of Ventura, the 10 cities in the county and key private-sector companies to provide a pathway to business growth, economic prosperity and high quality of life for all. Today, in partnership with the Small Business Development Center, the EDC is regional asset for economic vitality in Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties, giving businesses, community partners and civic leaders the resources they need to succeed. By leveraging public and private funds, the EDC has become a key player in delivering business consulting, funding and strategic initiatives that support the regional economy. Since February 2020, JDTS has been working with the EDC Ventura County team assisting California businesses in building their global export market planning and budgeting; applying for different state, federal, and regional grants to support export activities; and assisting with regulatory compliance within the global health and dietary supplement industry.

International Trade Consultancy

The CITC was established in 2019 to support the competitiveness of small and mid-size businesses through digital trade. Their mission is to help business grow overseas more effectively and successfully through eCommerce. Since July 2019, JDTS has been working with the CITC team assisting California small and medium businesses grow sales in overseas markets through specialized export grant workshops and application training, as well as providing training on building a global marketing plan, and assisting with regulatory and compliance needs within the global health and dietary supplement industry.

Ambassador and Export Grant Consultancy

Getting to Global initiative brings together industry experts, business leaders, and government officials to help your company go global for faster growth. GtG relies on a strong network of partners to aggregate the resources and data businesses need to enter the global online arena in an unprecedented and simplified way. Since March 2019, JDTS  has been working with GtG providing consultancy services to small businesses in finding grant programs that will help pay for different aspects of global export, such as: regulatory compliance, packaging design, trade missions, meeting with overseas distributors, re-tooling manufacture, optimizing websites, and building and paying for digital marketing campaigns.
